TIMBECK Board & Batten cladding stock is manufactured from selected Western Red Cedar and graded to Select Appearance Grade.
SELECT APPEARANCE is graded according to the particular product and for mainstream items like Board & Batten cladding, it requires material to be free of all knots, defects and similar blemishes on the primary face and one edge. Traces of the dis-allowed characteristics may appear on the back face and secondary edge.
Board & Batten Cladding can be supplied in either sawn or dressed format OR a mixture of both. One very appealing design option is to fix dressed boards and combine with sawn battens.
Depending on the design characteriatics, this cladding may be fixed either batten over boards OR boards over battens.
