Screening and Shade External Applications Sizes & Grades     Select Appearance Grade   TIMBECK Screening & Shading profiles are manufactured from selected Western Red Cedar stock and graded to Select Appearance Grade.   SELECT APPEARANCE is graded according to the particular product and for applications like screening & shading, it requires material to be free of all knots, defects and similar blemishes on a minimum of one face and one edge.                       #  Screening & Shading sections are normally supplied in random lengths – please enquire       about the availability of set lengths, particularly for large orders    #  Base pricing applies to lengths up to 3.6 metres    #  Lengths 3.9 to 4.8 metres generally incur a surcharge of 10%    #  Lengths 5.1 to 6.0 metres generally incur a surcharge of 15%    #  Shorter lengths, 0.9 to 1.8, are inevitably more economical & will often be discounted    Our Screening and Shading sections are machined with a light easing on all corners – as distinct from being simply “square dressed”. The easing not only provides a slightly softer appearance but more significantly, it presents a far better surface in respect to the bonding of applied surface finishes.
