TIMBECK supplies Western Red Cedar primarily in two grades

Select Appearance Grade
The majority of TIMBECK’s Western Red Cedar products are graded to SELECT APPEARANCE GRADE.
SELECT APPEARANCE is graded according to product and for mainstream items like cladding, panelling & mouldings, it requires material to be free of all knots, defects and similar blemishes on the primary face. Traces of the dis-allowed characteristics may appear on the back face.

Select Tight Knot - STK
In Select Tight Knot grade, the knots are sound and tight. Other characteristics are limited so they do not detract from the end use intended.
The availability of this grade across our whole product range is limited.
STK Bevel Siding is regularly available. Some cladding and panelling profiles are also produced from STK grade cedar from time to time. Please enquire on availability before committing to the selection of this grade.
